This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and TouchSize SRL Purchase, installation or use of any WordPress theme provided on TouchSize websites and partners means that you have read the terms of agreement and you agree with them.
Product licenses
All TouchSize WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License. Each new domain should have a new license purchased as you can only use it for one WordPress installation. You have the option to customize and change the theme as you need and want.
Product updates
We always update our products so they are compatible with the latest versions of WordPress. To make sure you don’t have any compatibility issues, consult our website and the item description to see what is the latest product version. Before writing and looking for support, please make sure you have the latest version of the theme installed.
Demo content
Images, content used for our demos might be copyrighted and not free of use for everyone, therefore, you are not permitted to use it on your website. All demo content is used for showcase purpose and you do not buy the content (videos, images, or all other media). You are not allowed to sell, reproduce, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted agreement from TouchSize SRL.
Refund Policy
Before making a purchase make sure you agree with our refund/return policy. By purchasing/using the product you agree to the terms and coditions and the refunds policy we have. We reserve the right to make changes into the refund policy on need.
Theme Switch
We don’t offer the option to change the theme license to another one if you think it will suit you better. Before making a purchase, make sure you check all options and be sure it suits your needs. If you have questions you can use the contact form on our website.
Refund Policy for Services
We don’t refund payment for services once the payment has been made. Before paying for the service, make sure you have contacted us and you know all the details about the service. Our sales team will agree a contract and send all the details to you.
Warranty
TouchSize WordPress themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall TouchSize be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use of said products.
Theme Support
TouchSize WordPress themes are provided “as is” with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party plugins, components and modules. You acknowledge by your use of the themes that it is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with the themes. By purchasing/using our products you agree to our support policy. If any questions arise, you can check the documentation files, the support knowledgebase or submit a ticket on our support desk.
Third party plugins and other theme content
In no way are we responsible for your content or what you wish to do with the theme. Each customer is solely responsible to adapt the theme content to their needs. Migration/import or any other content processing is the customer’s responsibility. Old (or new) content or information/functionality from third party theme/plugin that does not have any relation with our products or are not shown as compatible with our products is not supported/guaranteed for. Please read the support policy carefully about what is included/supported.
Browser Compatibility
We test our products for all compatibility with all browsers. Anyway, before purchase please make sure you test them yourself and make sure it suits your needs. We do not guarantee that all products will work with all browsers on the market.
