TouchSize is a company that creates WordPress themes, WordPress plugins, we design an code websites on different platforms and for different customers. 2. Do I get support for my items?

Yes. As long as they will be supported – our support team is always ready help. By supported we mean that the theme will be for sale and we do not decide do get it out from the market. Keep in mind that we do help you with options and bugs that can appear on your website. Customizing is a custom service and you’ll need to contact us separately for an enquiry for this.

 

3. Is there a refund policy?

Yes, we do refunds for some of our items. Also, there is a 15 days limit for requesting a refund which should be motivated by solid reason (bugs, issues, problems). You can find the refund policy here.

 

4. Ok, I have the theme. What else do I need?

First of all a hosting provider and a domain. After that you’ll need a WordPress installation and some WordPress knowledge to navigate through the website.

 

5. I want theme customizing

We have customizing services for our clients. You can check our services page to get and idea of the prices, but it is always recommended that you send us an email so that we know what exactly do you need and we’ll let you know about the details.

 

6. Are themes mobile friendly?

Yes. All our themes are responsive and mobile-friendly. Checked with different web tools we have excellent marks for them.

 

7. My website is not working properly, what do I do?

First of all, if the website suddenly started not to work or has bugs – make sure you deactivate all your plugins. Maybe you updated your WordPress version, installed a plugin which might contain errors or conflicts with the theme code – these are the main reasons why this might happen. 8. I used your services, now I want something different.

Services are provided and new/additional ones are charged differently. If you want to re-customize, you’ll need to purchase a new customization package.
